This resource list is the main State resouce list used by Caltrans, and most all State Departments. WeBe Press and California Contracts is on many other City, County focused and trade resource lists.

Our Circulation Consist Of:

• Caltrans "Blue Book" of certified Disadvantaged Business (DB) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE). About 1,000 are sent out on each publication day.
• Office of Small Business Certification & Resources (DVBE), WeBe Press is mailed to all of the DVBE on the list, about 650 certified DVBE
• City of San Diego certified minority list
• City of Los Angles certified minority list
• City of Oakland certified minority list
• Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Certiffied Minority List

We distribute our publication in printed and electronic form, and sent by mail only to certified minorities. Our publication is also advertised on our Internet Site.
