The WeBe Press DVBE Database is a Window Application that is used to find certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBEs), and Caltrans MBE/DBE/WBE
The Database allows specific queries based on a key work, city, construction, construction and city, and sic codes. The Application has a contact management file, and Good Faith Effort Documentation-Exhibit A management. You can then print a report, print mailing labels or print flyers to certified DVBE or Caltrans companies.
This application is sent to you to help in your efforts to contact DVBEs for your projects. There is no cost for the application. If the application is useful to you, and you need data updates. The cost of each update is $25.00 or you can update the data files yourself.

Make sure when you download the DISK1.EXE file into a temporary directory. After completed run the DISK1.EXE program. It will self extract the install files. After this run the SETUP.EXE to install the application. Let us know how you like the program, and how we can make the program better.
